1 Introduction and Scope of Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Member" or "You") and vr77 ("Platform", "Company" or "We"), an online gambling platform operating under international licensing.

These terms govern all aspects of using the vr77 platform, including access to games, financial transactions, promotional campaigns, interactions with the support team and all other activities carried out through the vr77 website or application. 2 Account Registration and Management

• Have not previously been banned or prohibited from using the vr77 platform
• Registering voluntarily without pressure or coercion from any other party
• Hold only one active account — duplicate accounts will be terminated without notice

Users are fully responsible for all activities that occur under their account. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact the vr77 support team immediately. vr77 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage to ensure compliance with its Know Your Customer (KYC) policy.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

vr77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through various payment methods suited to Malaysian players. All financial transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR) unless otherwise stated for transactions involving cryptocurrency.

The minimum amount for each deposit and withdrawal is RM50. Withdrawal processing time is between 30 minutes and 3 hours after the request is approved. If a withdrawal requires further review, processing may take longer.

vr77 does not charge any processing fees for standard deposits. However, third-party payment providers may impose their own fees beyond vr77's control. Users are advised to check the terms of their respective payment providers.

4 Bonuses, Promotions and Special Offers

vr77 offers various promotions and bonuses to registered members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to terms and wagering requirements set specifically for each promotion. Users are responsible for reading and understanding the terms of each offer before accepting it.

vr77 Welcome Bonus:

• First deposit bonus of 100% up to a maximum of RM1,500
• Wagering requirement: bonus value × 15 times before withdrawal is permitted
• Example: Deposit RM100 → bonus RM100 → balance RM200 → wagering required: RM1,500
• Further example: Deposit RM3,200 → bonus RM1,500 → balance RM4,700 → wagering required: RM22,500

The vr77 VIP programme offers weekly cashback to loyal members across four tiers: Bronze (up to 0.4%), Silver (up to 0.8%), Gold (up to 1.1%) and Platinum (up to 1.5%). VIP tier advancement depends on member activity and loyalty.

vr77 reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion without prior notice if there is evidence of abuse, fraud or system manipulation. vr77's decisions on matters relating to bonuses are final.

5 General Betting Rules

All bets placed through the vr77 platform are final once confirmed by the system. Users may not cancel or modify a bet after it has been accepted by the system, except in technical situations that prevent a game from being completed.

vr77 uses a random number generator (RNG) independently certified to ensure the fairness of all slot games and table games. Game outcomes are random and cannot be influenced by external factors. Game records are stored and can be reviewed by users through the game history section of their account.

In the event of a technical fault, system failure or connection disruption during a game session, vr77 will investigate and resolve the matter based on system records. The decision of the vr77 technical team in handling such situations is final.

6 Data Protection and Privacy

7 Account Suspension and Termination

vr77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account without prior notice in the following situations:

• Breach of any clause in these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected fraud, money laundering or other unlawful activity
• Opening of duplicate accounts by the same user
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or identity verification
• Use of software or methods that provide an unfair advantage in games
• Bullying or harassing support staff or other users

Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the vr77 support team. Before closure, all pending bets will be settled and any eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal according to the standard procedure.

8 Liability Limit

vr77 provides this platform on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to ensure the platform operates smoothly and securely, vr77 does not guarantee that the service will always be free from interruptions, errors or technical faults.

vr77 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from: internet disruptions beyond our control, unfavourable betting outcomes, misuse of an account due to user negligence, or failures by third parties such as payment processors.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the international gambling laws applicable to vr77's licensing. Any dispute arising from the use of this platform will first be resolved through vr77's internal dispute resolution procedure, before being referred to the relevant licensing body.
